•  An experience of positive emotions.
•  Greater compassion for ourselves and others.
•  Improved social interactions and enhanced communication.
•  Lower heart rate and blood pressure.
•  Increase in the release of beta-endorphins.
•  Improvement in self-esteem, patience and ability to trust.
•  More confidence and a sense of empowerment.
•  Greater connection to nature and all life.
•  Increased abilities to focus and be centred.

EAT offers opportunities to interact with and learn from the wisdom of our horses. What's wonderful about that is the skills you learn from the horses are almost always applicable to your daily life.

EAT first teaches us to 'speak horse', which helps us understand their behaviours, what motivates and demotivates them, and how they communicate with each other.

Among many other things, you'll learn from our horses how much they appreciate your compassion, kindness and patience. And sometimes, you'll discover that while things don't always go according to your plans (like walking a horse through a simple obstacle course), you can find other ways to navigate the course, without compromising the horse's needs, or your own.

You'll also increase your skills in noticing and making sense of what's happening externally (in your immediate environment) and internally (the horse's feelings, and your own).

If this resonates with you - for yourself, or for someone you care about - please feel free to contact us.
We'd love to hear from you!
